Monika is a co-founder at Considea Consulting where she focuses on solving complex and interdependent organizational challenges while helping her clients accelerate and scale. Her projects range from organizational strategy and operating model alignment, rapid scaling, culture transformation and organizational development, merger integration, change management, leadership program development, team facilitation and executive coaching.

Monika is a results-focused organizational development professional with twenty years of experience in transforming and scaling organizations. She is a trusted advisor and partner to C-level executives enabling them to align strategy and culture, lead change, optimize organizations and develop teams for effective execution. Comfortable operating across disciplines, often at the intersection between leadership, strategy and culture.
Most recently she served as the West Coast Leader for BTS’s Change and Transformation Practice, where she led large-scale scaling, change and integration initiatives. Her consulting and advisory experience also includes organizational and leadership work at Considea Consulting and at The Trium Group, as well as strategy consulting at McKinsey and Company. She serves clients across industries – including tech, biotech, retail, energy and financial services.
Monika holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and she is a certified executive coach.
Monika is an avid traveler and adventurer and in her “free” time she drags her husband and two amazing kids across continents and many countries!
