...than a few months and/or offsite meetings. Becoming high-performing is a journey that takes time, commitment, and focus. While we can deliver a powerful impact in a single offsite meeting, a single offsite is often the beginning of a journey. And even if we’re not involved on an ongoing basis, you’ll likely need to continue to invest in developing the organization and/or team.

We build long-term relationships — we have served some of our individual clients for almost ten years. We won’t sell you what you don’t need nor do work that won’t deliver a highly meaningful return on investment — we are people that are truly in service and an extension of your team and think and act in your best interests (not ours)! We recently completed a multi-year engagement which deliverd a significant change that had eluded our client for the past 20 years. We naturally recognized that it was time to begin executing and living the change without us. And we couldn’t be more proud.


It's about you, not us

Change must be leader-driven and never be seen as consultant-driven. Our role should be largely invisible to the rest of the organization beyond the individual leaders and teams that we are working with.

We work very closely with our clients in strategizing how to create impact and resolving thorny issues. We strongly believe our impact is based largely on marrying our client’s knowledge of their business and organization with our organizational and strategic expertise.

Our work ranges from periodic offsites with senior teams to working side-by-side with a senior leadership team for several years — we will always assess what's needed in the given situation and design the approach to maximize results.

Alignment is one of the most undervalued conditions within any organization. We often find organizations/teams with a lack of shared vision and strategy. Making sure the organization and team have a clear and shared picture of where it's headed is a necessity, not a luxury.
